Health Cards for AP Govt Employees-Pensionars

AP State Govt has started Rajiv Aarogyasri Health Scheme for 8 lakh AP Government Employees and  for 6 lakh Pensioners in the State. This scheme will be implemented from 01.11.2012. To implement this scheme, the State Government has set up Aarogyasri Health Care Trust under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister and Started a new Website www.ehf.gov.in for Employees and Pensioners. These Health Cards are useful in future for cashless payment in Hospitals. The Employees Health Care Fund is run by Rajiv Aarogyasri trust which is authorized for issue of Health Cards for Employees & Pensioners. Employees and Pensioners must have Aadhar Card No. to log into this website. They also need a health card to access the scheme. In order to obtain the health card,  they have to enrol for the scheme by submitting an e-form through www.ehf.gov.in following the instructions there. They will receive a health card thereafter. The card enables the beneficiary to avail the scheme benefits from the list of Empanelled Hospitals, spread across the State.
